On Bar Rescue, I must quickly evaluate problems with both the “curb appeal” of the bars exterior and the display of products being offered from the back bar. Often, with some cost effective changes and some smart product placement, I am able to vastly improve the customers’ first impression. As a design consultant that works specifically with bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, I have spent years watching smart bar owners try to go it alone on design, and pay the price in lost customers and profits.
